摘要 提出一款操作简便、功能丰富的床椅一体化助老机器人,对机械系统进行设计与实现.根据老年人实际需求规划机器人总体结构及主要机构.为满足实际应用需要,对关键机构及零件进行运动学分析和有限元分析,从理论上验证设计的可行性;详细设计各模块机械结构,完成样机搭建与调试,并优化关键机构,验证该助老机器人机械系统的可靠性和实用性.研究结果可为床椅一体化助老机器人研发提供技术基础与开发平台,为实现多功能助老服务机器人集成化、实用化提供有效解决途径. A bed chair integrated elderly robot with simple operation and rich functions is proposed,and its mechanical system is designed and implemented.According to the actual needs of the elderly,the overall structure of the robot and the required functions of the main mechanisms are planned.In order to meet the needs of practical application,the kinematics analysis and finite element analysis of the key mechanism and parts are carried out,and the feasibility of the design is verified theoretically.The mechanical structure of each module is designed in detail,the prototype is built and debugged,and the key mechanism is optimized so as to verify the reliability and practicability of the mechanical system.This research provides technical basis and development platform for researching and developing the bed chair integrated elderly robot and provides an effective solution for the integration and practicality of multi-functional elderly service robots.
