摘要
针对基于喇曼散射的分布式光纤测温系统(DTS)中存在温度信号后向散射光微弱、易淹没在系统噪声下以及系统整体成本高、体积大的问题,提出一种使用STM32F407模块的嵌入式的DTS。分别在系统中采用累加平均算法、小波阈值降噪算法以及多项式插值算法来降低噪声的影响、提升系统的信噪比和消除光的色散效应。实验结果表明:系统的整体温度解调波动范围从3.3~5.9℃降到0.3~0.8℃;在长约5 km的多模光纤中,温度分别为29℃、45℃、60℃和80℃的环境下,系统的解调温度波动范围在±1℃以内,并且系统的数据处理时间在60 ms左右。
Aiming at the problems that the backscattered light of the temperature signal is weak,easy to be submerged under the system noise,and the overall cost of the system is high and the volume is large in the distributed temperature sensing(DTS)based on Raman scattering,an embedded DTS using STM32F407 module is proposed.The cumulative average algorithm,wavelet threshold noise reduction algorithm and polynomial interpolation algorithm are used in the system to reduce the influence of noise,improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system and eliminate the dispersion effect of light.The experimental results show that the overall temperature demodulation fluctuation range of the system decreases from 3.3~5.9℃to 0.3~0.8℃;in a multimode fiber about 5 km long,the temperature is 29℃,45℃,60℃and 80℃respectively,the demodulation temperature fluctuation range of the system is within±1℃,and the data processing time of the system is about 60 ms.
