摘要
目的:分析研究肾阳虚型腰痛患者临床治疗过程中应用加味右归丸的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2021年2月武汉市蔡甸区中医医院收治的腰痛患者共50例作为研究对象,采取数字分配模式法分为观察组与对照组,观察组实施西药联合加味右归丸治疗,对照组应用常规西药治疗,分析不良反应发生率、治疗前后患者中医症状评分、肾功能指标和治疗有效率。结果:观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组中医症状评分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组中医症状评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组肾功能指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组肾功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾阳虚型腰痛患者应用加味右归丸治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者肾功能,同时具备较高的治疗安全性。
Objective: To analyze and study the treatment effect of modified Yougui pill in clinical treatment of patients with low back pain of kidney-Yang deficiency pattern. Methods: A total of 50 patients with low back pain who were admitted to Wuhan City Caidian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the digital allocation method. The observation group was treated with western medicine combined with modified Yougui pill, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The incidence of adverse reactions, TCM symptom scores, renal function indexes and treatment effective rate of patients before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the renal function indexes between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the renal function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In patients with low back pain of kidney-Yang deficiency pattern, modified Yougui pill has significant treatment effect, it can effectively improve the renal function of patients and have high treatment safety.
