摘要
基于新疆14个地州市的面板数据,运用SBM模型,结合GML生产率指数测算了2001—2018年新疆地区的绿色全要素生产率,分析了贸易开放对绿色全要素生产率的线性影响和科技创新门槛效应。结果表明:①新疆绿色全要素生产率提升不明显,受绿色技术变化退步影响。②贸易开放显著提升绿色全要素生产率,进口和出口贸易均能发挥绿色技术溢出作用,对北疆地区的影响作用较大。③贸易开放对绿色全要素生产率存在“倒U型”的科技创新门槛效应,进口贸易的科技创新门槛效应更显著,跨越科技创新门槛的地州市较少。
Based on panel data of 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang,used the SBM model combined with the GML productivity index,this paper measured green total factor productivity from 2001 to 2018,and analyzed the linear effect of trade openness on green total factor pro-ductivity and the threshold effect of science and technology innovation.The results showed that:①Green total factor productivity in Xinjiang did not significantly increased,and was affected by the regression of green technological change.②Trade openness significantly improved green total factor productivity,both import and export trade could play a role in green technology spillover,which had a greater impact on northern Xin-jiang.③There was an“inverted U-shaped”science and technology innovation threshold effect of trade opening on green total factor productiv-ity,with the science and technology innovation threshold effect of import trade being more significant and fewer states crossing the science and technology innovation threshold.
