摘要
目的 探讨对下肢深静脉血栓患者实施彩色多普勒超声诊断的应用价值。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年11月收治的60例下肢障碍患者进行诊断研究,将数字减影血管造影检查作为金标准,针对所有可能为下肢深静脉血栓的患者合理展开彩色多普勒超声检查,就其诊断特异性、敏感性及准确率进行分析,并对误诊以及漏诊原因展开针对性分析。结果 彩超诊断结果同血管造影诊断结果对比显示,彩超诊断的特异性为90.00%,诊断敏感性为90.00%,诊断准确率为90.00%;且彩超检测患者静脉情况与血管造影检测比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 临床针对下肢深静脉血栓患者在进行疾病诊断期间,彩色多普勒超声诊断方式有效应用,表现出的诊断效能较好,获得的诊断特异性、敏感性以及准确率均较高,可为下肢深静脉血栓疾病的早期诊治提供有力依据,促进患者预后水平提升。
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with lower extremity disorders admitted from January 2019 to November 2021were selected for diagnostic research. Taked digital subtraction angiography as the gold standard, color Doppler ultrasonography was conducted reasonably for all patients with possible lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, and its diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy were analyzed, and the reasons for misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were analyzed. Results The comparison between the diagnostic results of color ultrasound and angiography showed that the specificity of color ultrasound diagnosis was 90.00%, the diagnostic sensitivity was 90.00%, and the diagnostic accuracy was 90.00%, and there was no sta-tistically significant difference between the color Doppler ultrasonography and the angiography detection side( P>0.05). Conclusion Clinically, color Doppler ultrasonography is effectively used in the diagnosis of patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities. The diagnostic performance is good, and the obtained diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy are all high. It can provide a strong basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity, and promote the improvement of the prognosis of patients.
