摘要
传统雨伞印花面料只有遮风挡雨的功能,而在织物的涂料中添加变色微胶囊可以制备出遇紫外线变色印花涂料。采用印花工艺将涂料涂覆在经过涂胶后的混纺基布上,可开发出遇紫外线变色雨伞面料,增加新型功能。文章对基布的织造、内层复合和二层涂胶工艺以及变色涂料的制备和印花工艺进行了详细介绍,并对制备的遇紫外线变色雨伞印花面料进行了遇紫外线变色、防紫外线及物理性能的检测。结果表明,采用该方法和工艺开发的印花面料能满足遇紫外线变色雨伞面料的个性要求和防紫外功能要求。
The traditional umbrella printed fabric only has the function of shielding from wind and rain,by adding colorchanging micro capsule to the fabric coating can prepare color-changing printed coating in the presence of ultraviolet light.By using printing process to coat the coating on the blended base cloth after gluing,the color-changing umbrella fabric in the presence of ultraviolet light can be developed and new functions can be added.This paper introduces the weaving,inner layer compounding and two-layer gluing process of the base cloth,as well as the preparation of the color-changing coating and printing process in detail,and tests the color-changing with ultraviolet light,anti-ultraviolet light and physical properties of the color-changing umbrella printed fabric in the presence of ultraviolet light.The results show that the printed fabric developed by this method and process can meet the personality requirements and anti-ultraviolet light function requirements of the color-changing umbrella fabric in the presence of ultraviolet light.
