摘要
中国—东盟职业教育共同体在共建“一带一路”语境中,具有培养技术技能人才的内涵;在职业教育国际合作语境中,具有促进区域性发展的内涵。中国—东盟职业教育共同体是构建中国—东盟命运共同体的职业教育实践,是响应中国—东盟职业教育国际化深度合作号召的行动,是助力中国—东盟职业教育高质量发展的推进器。但是,中国—东盟职业教育共同体在构建过程中,面临着制度体系不同、发展不平衡、供需不匹配的时代挑战。因此,中国—东盟职业教育共同体需要秉承共建“一带一路”共商、共建、共享的国际倡议,通过共商职业教育国际合作办学理念、共建职业教育国际合作交流平台、共享职业教育国际优势资源、共研职业教育国际育人体系、共创职业教育国际合作机制等有效路径,实现中国—东盟职业教育共同体的高质量发展。
The China-ASEAN vocational education community has the connotation of cultivating technical and skilled talents in jointly building the Belt and Road.In the context of international cooperation in vocational education,it has the connotation of promoting regional development.The China-ASEAN vocational education community is a vocational education practice to build a China-ASEAN community of shared future,an action in response to the call for in-depth cooperation in the internationalization of China-ASEAN vocational education,and a fuel for the high-quality development of China-ASEAN vocational education.However,in the process of constructing the China-ASEAN vocational education community,it is faced with the challenges of different systems,unbalanced development,and a mismatch of supply and demand.Therefore,the China-ASEAN vocational education community needs to uphold the international initiative of co-constructing the Belt and Road for co-consultation,co-construction and sharing.Advantageous resources,co-research on the international education system of vocational education,and co-creation of an international cooperation mechanism for vocational education and other effective paths to achieve the high-quality development of the China-ASEAN vocational education community.
