摘要
基于大连市某海上风电场35 kV海底电缆敷设关键施工技术研究,采用铺缆船搭载锚泊定位系统并用绞车牵引,保证船舶不偏航并匀速前进,防止海缆损伤和打扭;在电缆转弯处,船舶沿着圆弧切线走多段直线埋设海缆,避免损坏海缆;在海底电缆登陆风机平台时,将海缆以“Ω”型布置在海面,防止海缆扭曲打弯;依此有效地解决了海缆敷设过程中的相关技术问题。
The laying construction techniques of 35 kV submarine cable in an offshore wind farm in Dalian City are introduced.Cable laying ship equipped with mooring positioning system is pulled by hoister to ensure it advances in a uniform speed without yawing to prevent the damage and torsion of the cable.At the turning position of the cable,the laying ship advances in multiple straight lines along the arc tangent to lay down the cable and avoid cable damages.When the submarine cable connects to the wind turbine platform,it should be placed on the sea surface in“Ω”shape to prevent the twisting or bending of the cable.With these measures,the technical problems in the laying process of the submarine cable are effectively solved.
