摘要
针对铁塔应用场景下检修人员上塔时携带的工器具等载荷运输问题,研制了一种便携式升降设备。对便携式升降设备方案、吸附模块、控制模块等进行了研究,生产了样机,进行了试验验证,有效解决了设备在防坠落装置导轨的吸附问题,实现了工器具等载荷的运输目标。便携式升降设备,其自重低,便于携带,是一种创新的工器具专用作业设备。
With regard to load transportation problems such as tools and instrument carried by maintenance personnel who is climbing the towers in the tower application scenario, a kind of portable lifting device is developed. Program of portable lifting device, adsorption module and control module are researched, a prototype of portable lifting device is fabricated and verified by tests. The problem of adsorption is solved in effect and the transportation target of loads such as tools and instruments is realized. Such a portable lifting device is a kind of innovative special working equipment for tools and instruments, which features low weight and easy portability.
