摘要
目的:探究对脑外伤合并脑积水患者治疗中,采用早期颅骨钛网修补治疗方法的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月澧县中医医院收治的脑外伤合并脑积水患者40例作为研究对象,随机将患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规的脑室腹腔分流术,研究组在对照组治疗方法基础上行早期颅骨修补术。干预后观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,并比较两组患者生活活动能力、神经功能以及运动功能等指标。结果:研究组临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前对两组患者的Barthel、NIHSS、Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经分组实施治疗干预后,两组患者的各项评分均有改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑外伤合并脑积水患者采用早期颅骨钛网修补治疗方法,有利于提高整体疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early skull titanium mesh repair in the treatment of brain trauma complicated with hydrocephalus.Methods:Forty patients with brain trauma complicated with hydrocephalus admitted to Li County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional ventriculoperitoneal shunt,and the study group were treated with early skull repair on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.After the intervention,the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and the indexes of living activity,neurological function and motor function were compared.Results:The clinical treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Barthel,NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer scores of patients between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment interventions in different groups,the score of each item in two groups was improved,and the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with brain trauma complicated with hydrocephalus,the treatment of early skull titanium mesh repair is helpful to improve the overall curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
