摘要
利用激光选区熔化成型技术(SLM),以不同的工艺参数将316L不锈钢粉末打印成型,对成型试样进行拉伸试验和疲劳试验。通过SEM观察其断口形貌,分析工艺参数对微观组织缺陷的影响及疲劳机理。结果表明:不同的工艺参数会导致试样的抗拉强度和断面伸长率发生改变,进而导致疲劳寿命的改变;扫描间距对抗拉强度和断面伸长率的影响较大,而激光功率和扫描速度的影响相对较小。通过对比分析,获得试验范围内的最优工艺参数:激光功率320 W、扫描速度910 mm/s、扫描间距0.15 mm。在最优工艺参数条件下得到的试样,其抗拉强度和疲劳寿命优于传统工艺下的试样,但是断面伸长率小于传统试样,即塑性较差;疲劳寿命与抗拉强度有关,且随着抗拉强度的提升而变大。
316L stainless steel powder was printed and molded by laser selective melting molding(SLM)with different process parameters.The tensile test and fatigue test were carried out on the formed powder.The fracture morphology was observed by SEM.The influences of process parameters on the microstructure defects and its fatigue mechanism were analyzed.The results show that different process parameters change the tensile strength and elongation of the section of the sample,which lead to the change of fatigue life.The influence of scanning distance on the tensile strength and elongation of the section is great,while that of laser power and scanning speed is relatively small.By comparative analysis,the optimal process parameters within the test range are obtained:laser power 320 W,scanning speed 910 mm/s and scanning spacing 0.15 mm.The tensile strength and fatigue life of the samples obtained under the optimal process parameters are better than those obtained under the traditional process,but the elongation of the cross section is less than that of the traditional samples,which means that the plasticity is poor.The fatigue life is related to the tensile strength,which increases with the increase of tensile strength.
