摘要
食品是人们赖以生存的物质基础,食品安全问题是当前我国重点关注的民生问题之一,尤其是近年来市场上食品安全事件频发,加强对食品安全的监管力度已经成为人们关注的焦点。大数据技术在食品安全监管中的应用,有效解决了食品数据信息收集和处理的问题,实现了食品的“追本溯源”,使食品安全监管工作变得便捷、智能、高效和科学,在实现食品安全监管力度加强的同时,推动我国食品行业的健康发展。
Food is the material basis for people’s survival.Food safety is one of the key livelihood issues in China.In recent years,food safety incidents occur frequently in the market,and strengthening the supervision of food safety has become the focus of people’s attention.Big data technology in the application of food safety supervision,effectively solve the problem of food data information collection and processing,implements the “traceability” of food,food safety supervision work convenient,intelligent,efficient and scientific,in the implementation of food safety supervision at the same time,promote the healthy development of the food industryin China.
