石化废水中10种苯系物的顶空-气相色谱法研究 被引量:5

摘要 建立了顶空-气相色谱法测定石化废水中10种苯系物的方法。选用强极性HP-FFAP毛细色谱柱(30m×0.53mm×1.0μm)分离,以FID检测器检测、保留时间定性、峰面积定量。通过研究和优化顶空及色谱条件,得到苯系物在(0.044~5.28)mg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好,方法检出限为(0.8~1.5)μg·L^(-1),相关系数均大于0.998。石化废水中加标回收率为(93.2~98.5)%,测定结果相对标准偏差为(2.5~9.4)%(n=6)。实验结果表明,该方法溶剂消耗少、前处理简单,适用于石化废水中10种苯系物的测定。 In this paper,a method of headspace gas chromatography was established for the determination of ten benzene series in petrochemical wastewater.They were separated by capillary column of HP-FFAP 30m×0.53mm×1.0(m)with strongly polarity.The retention time was qualitatively determined and the peak area was quantified by FID detector.The conditions of headspace and chromatographic have been tested and optimized,the linear range of this method for benzene series is(0.044~5.28)mg·L^(-1),the detection limit is(0.8~1.5)μg·L^(-1),the correlation coefficients are higher than 0.998.The recovery of standard addition is(93.2~98.5)%and the relative standard deviation of determination is(2.5~9.4)%(n=6)in petrochemical wastewater.The experimental results indicated that the method has the advantages of less solvent consumption,simplicity for pretreatment.It is suitable for the determination of ten kinds of benzene series in petrochemical wastewater.
