摘要
陶瓷企业智能化随着“中国制造2025”的深入推动,集数据化、融合互联网技术的数据采集系统,以陶瓷球磨的节能降耗为主要目标,在陶瓷生产工艺理论指导下,构建了陶瓷工艺数字化的反馈机制,最终实现秒级数据采集和陶瓷动力球磨的节能降耗。
Ceramic enterprise intelligent with the deepening of Made in China 2025,data,fusion of internet of things technology data acquisition system,with ceramic ball grinding energy saving and consumption reduction as the main goal,under the guidance of ceramic production process theory,build the ceramic process digital feedback mechanism,finally achieve second level data collection and ceramic power ball grinding energy saving and consumption reduction.
