摘要
本文针对结构热试验中的控制方法进行了研究,通过对结构热试验系统的各个环节进行分析,建立系统的仿真模型,对PID控制和非线性PID控制算法进行了仿真对比,采用MTS控制器进行二次开发,并进行了试验验证。仿真和试验结果对比表明,非线性PID相较于PID控制具有较好的控制品质。
The control method in the structural thermal test is studied in the paper.Through the analysis of each link of the structural thermal test system,the simulation model of the system is established,and the PID control and nonlinear PID control algorithms are simulated and compared.The MTS controller is used for secondary development,and the experimental verification is carried out.The simulation and experimental results show that the nonlinear PID has better control quality than PID control.
