课程思政视域下临床实习生分层教学的设计及应用 被引量:7

摘要 在传统的临床实习教学模式下,临床实习存在教学内容选择不全面、教学方式缺乏针对性等问题,如仅仅重视对实习医师技术实践能力的培养,忽视了对实习医师的思政教育,无法培养出“德才兼备”的优秀医师;采用一刀切教学模式,没有根据实习医师的实际学情,进行因材施教,严重影响了临床实习效果。为了解决以上问题,提高实习医师临床带教水平,现在课程思政视域下,针对临床实习生分层教学存在的问题,从选择好带教教师、制定实习医师分组计划、做好实习医师评估工作、制定有差异的培养目标、建立医师示教中心、双向教学评价、建立临床教师评估及奖励制度、落实一对一带教制等方面入手,为进一步提高临床实习生分层教学设计水平和应用效果提出具有建设性的建议。 In the traditional teaching mode of clinical practice,there are some problems such as incomplete selection of teaching contents and lack of pertinence of teaching methods.For example,only paying attention to the cultivation of interns’ technical practice ability,ignoring the ideological and political education of interns,can not cultivate excellent doctors with "both ability and political integrity";adopting the one size fits all teaching mode does not base on interns’ requirements Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude seriously affects the effect of clinical practice.In order to solve the above problems and improve the clinical teaching level of interns,from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,in view of the problems existing in the hierarchical teaching of clinical interns,this paper starts with the selection of teaching teachers,the formulation of grouping plan for interns,the evaluation of interns,and the formulation of different training objectives,so as to further improve the level and effectiveness of hierarchical teaching design for clinical interns Some constructive suggestions are put forward.
