进口磁铁精矿球团配矿及工艺参数优化试验 被引量:2

Optimization test on pellet distribution and process parameter of imported magnetite concentrate

摘要 为提高球团矿质量和减少球团“黑芯”结构,确定合理的工艺制度和配矿方案,本文以进口铁精矿A、B、C、D为原料,根据单矿球团的基础特性采用50%的D矿+其它精矿进行配矿方案研究,并进行链箅机—回转窑工艺参数优化。研究结果表明:精矿配矿方案中,50%D矿+40%C矿+10%B矿方案较合理;影响预热球团强度的温度排序为预热Ⅱ段温度>抽风干燥温度>预热Ⅰ段温度>鼓风干燥温度;鼓风干燥段、抽风干燥段、预热Ⅰ段和Ⅱ段温度分别为250、300、720、990℃条件下,预热球可充分氧化,链箅机出口球团强度可达1105 N/P;焙烧温度为1270℃,焙烧时间为25 min条件下,回转窑出口球团强度可达3710 N/P,球团可充分氧化。本文结论可为改善球团矿还原性能提供理论与技术支持,以发挥球团矿在高炉冶炼过程中的精料作用。 In order to improve the quality of pellet and reduce the"black core"structure of pelletizing,and to determine a reasonable process system and ore proportioning scheme,the imported magnetite concentrates A,B,C and D are used as raw materials in this paper,and 50% D ore+other concentrates are adopted for the ore proportioning scheme study according to the basic characteristics of single ore pellets,and grate-kiln process parameters is optimized.The results show that:in the concentrate ore proportioning scheme,the scheme of 50% D ore+40% C ore+10% B ore is more reasonable;the temperature order that affects the strength of preheating pelletizing is preheating stage Ⅱ temperature>extraction air drying temperature>preheating stage Ⅰ temperature>exhaust drying temperature.Under the temperature of the exhaust drying section,the preheating stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ of 250,300,720 and 990℃ respectively,the preheating ball can be fully oxidized,and the pelletizing strength at the outlet of the grate can reach 1105 N/P;when the roasting temperature is 1270℃ and the roasts time is 25 min,the strength of the pelletizing at the outlet of the kiln can reach 3710 N/P,and the pellets can be fully oxidized.The conclusion can provide a theoretical and technical support to improve the reduction property of pellet and play a role of pellet as a concentrate in the smelting process of blast furnace.
