摘要
目的:观察扁桃体啄治疗法联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗外感风热型急乳蛾的疗效。方法:选择就诊于北京中医药大学东方医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊诊断为急乳蛾的患者200例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各100例。对照组口服头孢呋辛;治疗组应用扁桃体啄治疗法联合口服疏风解毒胶囊。连续治疗5d,观察并记录两组每日用药后体温、咽喉疼痛、脓性分泌物等症状与体征。结果:治疗组总有效率(93%)与对照组总有效率(85%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗5d之后,症状和体征都有明显改善。但治疗组的退热时间、咽部疼痛消失时间、扁桃体脓性分泌物消失时间都明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扁桃体啄治疗法联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗外感风热型急乳蛾有较好的协同作用,能较快缓解患者临床症状,恢复身体机能。
Objective To observe the curative effect of knife pecking ethod combined with Shufeng Jiedu capsule on acute tonsillitis of exogenous wind-heat type.Methods A total of 200 patients diagnosed as acute tonsillitis in the Otolaryngology Department of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.Control group was taken cefuroxime orally.Treatment group was treated with knife Pecking Ethod and Shufeng Jiedu capsule.After 5 days of continuous treatments,the body temperature,sore throat and purulent secretion were observed and recorded.The data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(93%)was significantly higher than that of control group(85%)(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatments,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly improved.But fever clearance time,the disappearance time of sore throat and purulent secretion of acute tonsillitisin in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Knife pecking ethod combined with Shufeng Jiedu capsule has a good synergistic effect in the treatment of acute tonsillitis of exogenous wind-heat type,can help patients alleviate clinical symptoms quickly and restore physical function.
