Transmission Characteristics of PD UHF Signals of Switchgear

摘要 针对开关柜局部放电(PD)检测中特高频(UHF)传感器因安装位置不同而出现输出信号的差异问题,通过对时域边值问题进行仿真,研究了安装在开关柜内壁和外壁的UHF传感器检测信号规律。采用有限元法对开关柜内部局部放电产生UHF信号进行对比分析,得到安装在开关柜内壁和外壁的UHF传感器时域响应信号的变化特性。通过开关柜内部模拟局部放电的UHF信号检测实验,对上述仿真结果进行了验证。仿真研究和实验研究均表明,2种安装方式下UHF传感器的幅值和响应时间存在差异。当PD源与传感器在同一腔室时,内部安装传感器的信号强度比外部安装显著增强;当PD源与UHF传感器不在同一腔室时,内部安装传感器信号强度与外部安装基本相同。 The output signals will be different of ultra-high frequency(UHF) sensors used for partial discharge(PD) detection of switchgear cabinet for different installation locations. With simulating time boundary value problems, the law of detection signals are studied for UHF sensors installed inside and outside of the switchgear cabinet. The UHF signal from partial discharge inside the switchgear is compared and analyzed based on the finite element method and change characteristics of UHF sensor signals installed on the inner wall and outer wall of the switchgear cabinet are obtained. The above simulation is verified by UHF detection test of partial discharge in the switchgear cabinet. The results show that the amplitude and response time of the UHF sensors are different between the two installation methods. When the PD source is in the same chamber as the sensor, the signal strength of the sensor can be significantly enhanced by the inside installation compared with the outside installation. When the PD source and the UHF sensor are not in the same chamber, the signal strength obtained by the sensor installed inside is basically at the same level as that obtained by the sensor installed outside.
