摘要
目的研究在糖尿病合并肺炎患儿的临床护理中开展个性化护理对其依从性及患儿家属满意度的改善效果。方法选取2018年6月—2021年6月该院收治的60例糖尿病合并肺炎患儿,以数字随机抽取法进行对等分组,参照组(n=30)开展一般护理,观察组(n=30)在一般护理基础上再开展个性化护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患儿总依从性与参照组相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属疾病知识、饮食知识以及用药知识等掌握度评分相较于参照组均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FBG、2 hBG以及HbA1c指标水平相较于参照组均明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度相较于参照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并肺炎患儿开个性化护理有效提升患儿的治疗及护理依从性,让患儿家属掌握更多的疾病相关知识,提升护理效果,促进患者的疾病康复,患儿家属满意度较高,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of personalized nursing in the clinical nursing of children with diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia on their compliance and the satisfaction of their families.Methods A total of 60 children with diabetes and pneumonia who were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected.The groups were divided into equal groups by random sampling method.The reference group(n=30)was given general nursing care,and the observation group(n=30)was given individualized care on the basis of general nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After nursing,the total compliance of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the mastery scores of family members'disease knowledge,diet knowledge,and medication knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,2 hBG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the families of the children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized care for children with diabetes and pneumonia can effectively improve the treatment and nursing compliance of children,let the family members of the children master more disease-related knowledge,improve the nursing effect,and promote the patient's disease recovery,and the satisfaction of the children's family members is higher,which is worth promoting.
