摘要
为了满足引擎传感器外场测试的需求,实现测试系统的便携性、低成本、高效率等要求,文中采用非机械静态激励的方法来代替电机驱动齿轮的传统方法,设计了基于LabVIEW的便携式引擎传感器性能测试系统。测试系统能够快速高效地对通电后引擎传感器产生的首个信号的上升沿、下降沿相位精度,对通电后信号稳定时的上升沿、下降沿精度以及上升沿、下降沿抖动的相位精度等性能参数进行测试。测试结果数据符合实际测试中引擎传感器性能参数允许的误差范围。
In order to meet the requirements of engine sensor field test and realize the portability,low cost and high efficiency of the test system,the paper used the non-mechanical static excitation method to replace the traditional method of motor driving gear,and designed a portable engine sensor performance test system based on LabVIEW.The test system can quickly and efficiently test the performance parameters such as the rising edge and falling edge phase accuracy of the first signal generated by the engine sensor after power on,the rising edge and falling edge accuracy when the signal is stable after power on,and the phase accuracy of rising edge and falling edge jitter.The test results are consistent with the allowable error range of engine sensor performance parameters in the actual test.
