摘要
为探究不同浓度外源钙的施加对盐胁迫下单叶蔷薇种子萌发及幼苗生长抑制的缓解作用,以单叶蔷薇种子和幼苗为实验材料,以不同浓度50,100,150 mmol·L^(-1)氯化钠模拟盐胁迫,通过施加不同浓度的氯化钙测定单叶蔷薇种子的萌发率以及幼苗生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:盐胁迫下,施加外源钙后单叶蔷薇种子的萌发率显著提升,根和茎长度较对照组显著增加,PSⅡ最大光化学量子效率(F_(v)/F_(m))以及实际光量子YⅡ值增加,光合色素的含量上升;显著地提升了单叶蔷薇幼苗的抗氧化酶活性,且过氧化氢H_(2)O_(2)的含量降低。外源钙的施加能够缓解盐胁迫对单叶蔷薇种子萌发的抑制,提升种子萌发率,降低盐胁迫对幼苗的伤害,且当氯化钙的浓度为10 mmol·L^(-1)时对盐胁迫的缓解效果最好。本研究为缓解盐胁迫对单叶蔷薇的伤害提供新的方向,同时为单叶蔷薇资源的保护提供理论支持。
In order to explore the alleviating effects of different concentrations of exogenous calcium on the seed germination and seedling growth inhibition of Hulthemia berberifolia under salt stress,the seeds and seedlings of H.berberifolia were used as experimental materials to simulate salt stress with different concentrations of 50,100 and 150 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl.The seed germination rate and physiological and biochemical indexes of H.berberifolia seedlings were detected by applying CaCl_(2) with different concentrations.The results showed that under salt stress,the germination rate of H.berberifolia seeds,the length of root and stems,F_(v)/F_(m) and YⅡvalues and photosynthetic pigment content of Hulthemia berberifolia seeds increased significantly after calcium treatment compared with control group.The activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase and other antioxidant enzymes in H.berberifolia seedlings were significantly increased,and the content of H_(2)O_(2) was decreased.In summary,the results of this study clarified the tolerance of H.berberifolia to salt stress,and proved the application of exogenous calcium could alleviate the inhibition of salt stress on the germination of H.berberifolia seeds,improve the germination rate of seeds,and reduce the damage of salt stress on seedlings,and the best relief effect was achieved when the concentration of CaCl_(2) was 10 mmol·L^(-1).This study can provide scientific basis for the conservation of H.berberifolia resources and the study of associated species of grass plants.This study provided a new direction for alleviating the damage of salt stress on Hulthemia Berberifolia,and provided theoretical support for the conservation of Hulthemia Berberifolia resources.
