摘要
以硝酸铵和尿素作为氮肥的条件下,采用盆栽试验,研究了轻度盐碱土中脱硫石膏不同添加量对不结球白菜生长及硝酸盐积累的影响。结果表明:脱硫石膏添加量在1.00~6.75 g/kg的范围内能有效提高不结球白菜的株高和单株重,并能减少不结球白菜叶片中的硝酸盐积累量;当脱硫石膏的添加量为6.75 g/kg时,与CK相比,以硝酸铵和尿素作为氮肥的不结球白菜的株高分别增加19.9%和21.0%,单株重分别增加81.0%和81.7%,不结球白菜叶片中的硝酸盐积累量分别减少17.7%和16.6%;同时,以尿素作为氮肥的硝酸盐积累量明显低于以硝酸铵作为氮肥的。
Pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of different addition doses of desulfurized gypsum on the growth and nitrate accumulation of non-heading Chinese cabbage in mild saline-alkali soil with ammonium nitrate and urea as nitrogen fertilizers.The results showed that compared with the blank control,the addition of desulfurized gypsum in the range of 1.00-6.75 g/kg soil could effectively improve the plant height and single plant weight of non-heading Chinese cabbage,and reduce the accumulation of nitrate in the leaves.When the addition amount of desulfurized gypsum was 6.75 g/kg soil,for the non-heading Chinese cabbage with ammonium nitrate and urea as nitrogen fertilizers,the plant height increased by 19.9%and 21.0%,single plant weight increased by 81.0%and 81.7%,and the accumulation of nitrate in the leaves reduced by 17.7%and 16.6%,respectively,compared with CK.Meanwhile,the nitrate accumulation with urea as nitrogen fertilizer was significantly lower than that with ammonium nitrate as nitrogen fertilizer.
