摘要
商业综合体公共空间兼具商业开发和城市公共空间的双重身份,其量与质直接影响自身活力和城市公共空间体系。基于此,本文选取西安市21个商业综合体为研究对象,从整体供应和局部形态尺度两个方面切入,对其内部公共空间的面积、密度、系数、共享中庭进行图形、数据分析和整体评价,得出公共空间的供应情况和尺度规律,总结商业综合体内部公共空间增益的设计策略和优化方法。本研究有利于完善商业综合体的公共空间设计体系,提升公共空间使用效率。
The public space of a commercial complex has the dual identities of commercial development and urban public space,and its quantity and quality directly affect its own vitality and the urban public space system.Based on this,21 commercial complexes in Xi’an are selected as the research objects,from the perspectives of overall supply and local form and scale,the area,density,coefficient,and shared atrium of the internal public space are graphed,data analyzed and overall evaluated.Then it draws out the supply of public space and the law of scale,and summarizes the design strategy and optimization method of the public space gain in the commercial complex.The paper is conducive to improving the public space design system of commercial complexes and to improving the use efficiency of public space.
