摘要
本文测定了以变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇为原料制备的复合膜的性能,研究了变性淀粉种类和浓度对复合膜性能的影响。结果表明,3种变性淀粉中,羟丙基交联淀粉与聚乙烯醇复合膜综合性能最佳,当淀粉浓度为2.0 g/100 mL、甘油含量30%(W/W淀粉),聚乙烯醇4%(W/W淀粉)及干燥温度40 ℃时,复合膜的抗拉强度为24.31 MPa,断裂伸长率为15.52%。
In this paper,the properties of the composite membrane prepared from modified starch and polyvinyl alcohol were measured,and the effects of the type and concentration of modified starch on the properties of the composite membrane were studied.The results showed that among the three modified starches,hydroxypropyl cross-linked starch and polyvinyl alcohol composite film had the best comprehensive properties.When the starch concentration was 2.0 g/100 mL,glycerol content was 30% (W/W starch),polyvinyl alcohol content was 4% (W/W starch),and drying temperature was 40 ℃,the tensile strength of the composite film was 24.31 MPa,and the elongationat break was 15.52%.
