摘要
超期服役深基坑领域的研究,存在须考虑的因素复杂、计算模型难以选取,超期基坑再开挖对周围环境影响性的相关研究较少,亟待解决。本文以湖南文化广场(二期)基坑工程为背景,采用大型岩土有限元分析软件建立整体三维有限元模型对该超期基坑整个施工过程进行数值模拟计算分析和停工阶段的实测与模拟数据分析,评估出超期服役基坑再开挖对基坑周围土体和建筑结构的影响性,并对超期基坑工程的特征、时变性特点和一般规律进行研究,为该类超期基坑工程的变形预测计算、评估、加固改造以及后续安全施工提供参考。
In the field of deep foundation pits overdue service,there are complex factors to be considered and calculation models are difficult to choose.There are few related researches on the impact of overdue foundation pit re-excavation on the surrounding environment,which needs to be solved urgently.This article was based on the foundation pit project of Hunan Culture Square(Phase II),large-scale geotechnical finite element analysis software was used to establish an overall three-dimensional finite element model for numerical simulation calculation analysis of the entire construction process of the overdue foundation pit,and actual measurement and simulation data analysis during the shutdown phase,evaluate the impact of re-excavation of the overdue foundation pit on the soil and building structure around the foundation pit,and study the characteristics,time-varying characteristics and general laws of overdue foundation pit engineering.It provides references for the deformation prediction calculation,evaluation,reinforcement reconstruction and follow-up safety construction of this kind of overdue foundation pit engineering.
