基于3D扫描技术的混凝土表面磨损测量

摘要 混凝土溢洪道、消力池、水槽、堰、大坝和涵洞等是水工建筑物的重要组成部分,在水流作用下,混凝土表面不可避免地受到冲刷而产生损伤。文章采用三维激光扫描技术来确定混凝土表面除质量损失外的因磨损产生的体积损失和表面的形貌变化。假设混凝土为标准密度,发现与计算的体积测量值相比,其质量测量值要高于预测值,分别采用磨损体积和磨损深度两种技术标准下的抗磨损等级相同。文章所述扫描技术提供了另一种测量混凝土表面损伤程度的方法。 Concrete spillway,stilling basin,flume,weir,dam,culvert,etc.are important parts of hydraulic structures.Concrete surface is inevitably eroded and damaged under the action of water flow.In the paper,Three-dimensional laser scanning technology is used for determining the volume loss and surface morphology change of concrete surface due to wear except mass loss.Assuming that concrete is the standard density,it is found that the measured mass value is higher than the predicted value compared with the calculated measured volume value.The wear resistance grade is the same under two technical standards of wear volume and wear depth respectively.The scanning technique described in the paper provides another method to measure the damage degree of concrete surface.
