集控小水电站智能合闸研究

摘要 小水电站在丰水期潮流送出期间,线路瞬时性故障频发,电站与大电网系统分裂运行,两侧功角δ摆开,经过整定时延检同期自动重合闸成功率极低。为提高小水电站集中监控运行模式下的供电可靠性,系统解决继电保护装置自动重合闸成功率极低的问题,依据存量小水电站自动化运行模式,制定了升级线路保护装置、改造二次回路和升级站端监控系统的3套方案,智能启动同期装置合闸,通过比较选取最佳方案,实际应用表明管理效益和经济效益显著。 The transient faults are frequent in the small hydropower station during tidal discharge in wet season.The power stations operate separately from the large power grid system.The work anglesδon both sides are shifted.The success rate of automatic reclosing at the same time is very low after the setting and delay check.To improve the power supply reliability under centralized monitoring operation mode of small hydropower station,systematically solve the problem that the success rate of relay protection device automatic reclosing is extremely low,according to the stock of small hydropower plant automation operation mode,formulated the upgrade line protection device,the secondary circuit transformation and upgrade stand side 3 sets of scheme of the monitoring system,intelligent start the synchronization device closing,The best scheme is selected by comparing technology and economy,and the practical application shows that the management benefit and economic benefit are remarkable.
