摘要
目的:探讨TSP联合workshop模式在血管外科护理临床教学中应用价值。方法:将2019年11月至2021年3月在我院血管外科实习的60名护生按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组30名。所有学生接受的带教时间均为1个月。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用TSP联合workshop带教模式。比较2组护生带教前后的自我效能感、支持性沟通、关怀行为评价、考核成绩及满意度评分。结果:带教1个月后,观察组、对照组护生的自我效能感、支持性沟通、关怀行为评分均明显高于带教前(P<0.05)。带教1个月后,观察组护生的自我效能感、支持性沟通、关怀行为评分均明显高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。观察组护生的专科理论成绩、专科操作技能成绩得分均明显高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。观察组护生对教学方式、课程内容、学习方式、学习效果的满意度评分及满意度总分均明显高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。结论:在TSP联合workshop教学模式下,护生能够主动学习,医学理论及技能水平得到提升,有助于对学生语言表达、人际沟通能力及自我效能感的培养。
Objective:To explore the application value of TSP combined workshop mode in clinical teaching of vascular surgery nursing.Methods:A total of 60 nursing students who practiced in department of vascular surgery of our hospital from Nov 2019 to Mar 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 students in each group.All students were taught for 1 month.The control group received the traditional teaching mode.The observation group received TSP combined workshop mode.The self-efficacy scale,supportive communication scale,caring behavior evaluation scale,assessment scores and satisfaction scores of nursing students before and after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results:After teaching,the scores of self-efficacy scale,supportive communication scale and caring behavior scale in the two groups were all significantly higher than those before teaching(P<0.05),while the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of teaching method,course content,learning method and learning effect and the total satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the TSP combined workshop teaching mode,students can take the initiative to learn,and their medical theories and skills can be improved,which is conducive to the cultivation of students′language expression,interpersonal communication ability and self-efficacy.
