摘要 针对铁路货车5T设备布点设计难度大、耗时长、设计标准不统一等问题,对其标准化和智能化设计系统进行分析和研究。根据设计流程和布点原则,以RETE算法为基础,结合URule规则引擎工具,实现5T设备自动布点及布点示意图自动绘制;基于VBA的二次开发技术和数据转换技术,搭建智能设计平台,实现“一键式”标准化输出设计成果文件,改变了传统人工设计方式,统一了设计标准。测试结果表明,系统整体运行可靠,功能满足设计需求,可有效提高设计效率和质量。 Aiming at the difficult,time-consuming and inconsistent design standards of 5T equipment layout design for railway freight cars,this paper proposes to analyze and study the standardized and intelligent design system.According to the design process and the layout design principles,the RETE algorithm and the URule rule engine tool are used to realize the automatic layout of 5T equipment and the automatic drawing of layout diagrams.Based on the secondary development technology and data conversion technology of VBA,an intelligent design platform is built to realize the"one click"standardized output of design result files,which changes the traditional manual design method and unifies the design standard.The test results show that the overall operation of the system is reliable,the function meets the design requirements,and it can effectively improve design efficiency and quality.
