摘要
目的:观察固本通络汤对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴广泛肠化(IM)癌变风险的干预作用。方法:收集CAG伴广泛IM脾胃虚弱证患者48例,经固本通络汤治疗12周后,进行胃镜、病理及血清学复查。结果:治疗后患者中医证候总有效率为91.10%,病理均有不同程度的逆转,胃炎分期标准(OLGA)和肠化生分期标准(OLGIM)系统Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者治疗后比例下降,新型胃癌筛查评分系统治疗后积分降低。结论:固本通络汤对CAG伴广泛IM脾胃虚弱患者癌变风险具有干预作用。
Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Guben Tongluo Decoction on cancer risk of atrophic gastritis(CAG)with extensive intestinal metaplasia(IM).Methods:Forty-eight patients with spleen and stomach weakness with CAG and extensive IM were collected and treated with Guben Tongluo Decoction for 12 weeks,and then examined by gastroscopy,pathology and serology.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 91.10%,and the pathology was reversed in different degrees.The proportion of patients in stageⅢandⅣof OLGA and OLGIM system decreased after treatment,and the scores of the new gastric cancer screening scoring system decreased after treatment.Conclusion:Guben Tongluo Decoction has intervention effect on canceration risk of patients with CAG and extensive IM weakness of spleen and stomach.
