职业学校教师教学创新团队建设的价值聚焦与实践路径——基于共同体建设视角 被引量:21

摘要 当前,职业学校教师教学创新团队建设需突破双师建设现实困境及教师专业成长藩篱,促进形成跨界融合的命运共同体、协同创新的教研共同体、聚力育人的教学共同体。坚持实践创新导向,聚焦立德树人根本任务,从“愿景规划、制度建设、体系架构、人才培养、文化涵育”五个维度开展团队建设,树立职业教育信仰,构建发展保障机制,架构“四阶四维”培养体系,推动人才培养创新,涵育融合发展文化。 Nowadays,the construction of teachers’teaching innovation team in vocational schools needs to break through the practical dilemmas of dual-teacher construction and barriers of teachers’professional growth,so as to promote the formation of a cross-border community with common destiny,a research community with collaborative innovation and a teaching community focusing on education.It should adhere to the orientation of practice and innovation,focus on the fundamental task of upholding morality and cultivating people,carry out team building from the five dimensions of"vision planning,constitution framing,system structuring,talent training,and cultural education",so as to establish vocational education beliefs,construct a development guarantee mechanism,structure the"four-stage and four-dimensional"training system for promoting talent training innovation,and cultivating integrated development culture.
