摘要
本文通过典型案例的介绍,分析了引起继电器动作延迟失效的各种原因,包括:衔铁转轴不对中;衔铁轴部位存在粉末多余物;动作部件位置异常;内部水汽严重超标等。并对各种失效情况下的失效机理进行了详细阐述。
By the introduction of typical FA cases,the failure reasons of electromagnetic relay action delay are summarized,including armature spin axis misalignment,there is flour redundancy on armature spin axis,the location of motion part abnormal,internal water vapour seriously exceed standard etc.;and the failure mechanism of electromagnetic relay action delay is also elaborated.
