摘要
目的探讨围手术期精细化护理对颅脑损伤患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2021年1月我院收治的50例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(25例,常规护理)和观察组(25例,常规护理+围手术期精细化护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量及术后24 h引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的GCS、FMA及WHOQOL-BREF各项评分均明显升高,NIHSS评分明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期精细化护理可缩短颅脑损伤患者的手术时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量、术后24 h引流量,降低并发症发生率,提高神经功能、肢体运动能力及生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of perioperative fine nursing on neurological function and quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 50 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group(25 cases,conventional nursing)and observation group(25 cases,conventional nursing+perioperative fine nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and drainage volume at 24 h after operation were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of GCS,FMA and WHOQOL-BREF in both groups significantly increased,while NIHSS score significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative fine nursing can shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients with craniocerebral injury,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,drainage volume at 24 h after operation and the incidence of complications,and improve neurological function,limb motor ability and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
