摘要 为适应海上“零排放”的环境保护政策,减少后续废弃钻井液的处理压力,节约成本,对目前渤海油田广泛采用的BIODRILL A环保钻井液体系开展了固化技术研究,优选矿渣、激活剂等材料,形成了一种适应于层间封固的E-BAC体系。性能评价结果表明:在25,45,65℃条件下,E-BAC固化液体系24 h强度即可达到12 MPa以上,可以满足海上固井对早期强度的需求;固结体具有良好的致密性,长期养护后固结体强度无倒缩,可以满足固井长期强度要求;E-BAC体系与原BIODRILL A钻井液体系有良好的相容性;E-BAC体系的稠化时间具有良好的可调性。 In order to adapt to the“zero discharge”environmental protection policy of offshore operations,reduce the pressure of subsequent waste drilling fluid treatment,and save costs,the BIODRILL A environmentally friendly drilling fluid solidification technology widely used in Bohai Oilfield was studied,and by optimizing slag,activator,retarder and other materials,an E-BAC system suitable for interlayer sealing was formed.The results show that:At 25,45℃,and 65℃,the 24 h strength of E-BAC can reach more than 12 MPa,which meets the needs of early strength for offshore cementing.The solidified E-BAC has good compactness,and the strength does not shrink back after long-term curing,which meets the long-term strength requirements of cementation.E-BAC has good compatibility with the original BIODRILL A drilling fluid.The thickening time of E-BAC has good tunability.
