基于Trucksim的路面模型的建立与重构

摘要 精准的路面模型对车辆动力学的研究非常重要,为了提高仿真的精确度,采用Matlab和Trucksim联合重构的三维路面模型做为路面输入激励。本文基于路面模型的重构和Trucksim路面模型的特点,创建了Trucksim和Matlab联合的D级三维路面重构方法,用此方法在Trucksim中对所研究路面进行重构。由简单的车辆动力学仿真结果可以看出,与二维路面相比,轮胎侧向力相差较小,但轮胎纵向力对比差异大,说明所重构的三维路面比较好地反映了路面的三维特性,在研究车辆动力学时可以提供准确的路面激励。 Accurate road model is very important for the study of vehicle dynamics.In order to improve the accuracy of simulation,3d road model reconstructed by Matlab and Trucksim is used as road input excitation.Based on the reconstruction of the road surface model and the characteristics of Trucksim road surface model,this paper creates a level D THREE-DIMENSIONAL road surface reconstruction method combined with Trucksim and Matlab,and uses this method to reconstruct the studied road surface in Trucksim.It can be seen from the simple vehicle dynamics simulation results that compared with the two-dimensional road surface,the difference of tire lateral force is small,but the difference of tire longitudinal force is large,indicating that the reconstructed THREE-DIMENSIONAL road surface reflects the three-dimensional characteristics of the road surface well,and can provide accurate road excitation when studying the vehicle dynamics.
