摘要
伺服阀作为电液伺服控制中的核心元件,可将控制电信号转化为流量和压力输出,被广泛应用于航空、航天、舰船、制造、机械等领域的伺服控制系统中。本文介绍了现阶段伺服阀控制技术的发展现状,分析了物联网技术在伺服阀控制与监测中的应用前景,在此基础上提出了一种基于物联网技术的智能伺服阀控制器硬件架构。
Servo valve is the core component of electro-hydraulic servo control.It can convert control electric signal into flow and pressure output.It is widely used in servo control systems in aviation,aerospace,ship,manufacturing,machinery and other fields.This paper introduces the current development status of servo valve control technology,analyzes the application prospects of IoTtechnology in servo valve control and monitoring,and proposes a hardware architecture of intelligent servo valve controller based on IoT technology.
