摘要
在探讨河湖水域岸线监测方法和流程的基础上,以江苏省水域岸线专题监测试点的典型水网区域扬中市为例,采用多源监测数据对扬中市水域岸线近5年的岸线资源利用进行动态监测。研究表明,根据所构建的岸线空间地貌特征、自然资源、土地利用、水资源开发利用、地质灾害等方面的监测指标较为全面地监测了岸线的利用状况,为河湖岸线生态保护与合理开发规划提供科学基础资料。通过监测扬中市2015年和2019年两期的水域岸线发现,岸线空间外缘控制线和临水控制线的变化小,生产生活岸线增加最多,港口码头岸线略有减少;森林资源、水资源呈增长趋势,而湿地作为岸线区域的重要生态资源,其数量面积的减退应当得到重视;水资源开发与利用情况均有不同的变化;沿江岸线区域的水域岸线地带整体呈现下降趋势,沉降速率约11 cm/a。研究成果以期为其他主要河流岸线调查监测的开展提供技术路线支持,进而为实现全面掌握河湖水域岸线生态承载能力,保持岸线保护和开发平衡提供科学支撑。
Based on discussing the methods and processes of shoreline monitoring of river-lake water bodies,taking Yangzhong City,a typical water network area for special monitoring pilot of water shoreline in Jiangsu Province as an example,multi-source monitoring data were used to dynamically monitor the shoreline resources utilization of Yangzhong City in the past five years.The study shows that the shoreline utilization status is comprehensively monitored according to the constructed monitoring indexes of the shoreline spatial geomorphology,natural resources,land use,water resources development and utilization,geological disasters,and other aspects,which provides basic scientific data for the ecological protection and reasonable development planning of river and lake shoreline.By monitoring the water shoreline of Yangzhong City in 2015 and 2019,it was found that the change of the outer control line and the control line near the waterside of the shoreline space was small,the production and living shoreline increased the most,and the shoreline of the port wharf decreased slightly.Forest resources and water resources show an increasing trend,and wetland resources,as an important ecology in the shoreline area,should be paid attention to the decline of its quantity and area.The development and utilization of water resources have different changes.The water shoreline zone of the shoreline area along the river presents a downward trend,and the settlement rate is about 11 cm/a.The research results are expected to provide route and technical support for the investigation and monitoring of other major river shorelines,and then provide scientific support for realizing the comprehensive grasp of the ecological carrying capacity of the shorelines of river-lake water bodies and maintaining the balance of shoreline protection and development.
