摘要
主要论述了一种用于拆装航空发动机中央传动装置中轴承座的装置。该装置结构简单、设计新颖,可以快速实现拆卸和安装之间的转换,解决了以往手工安装、拆卸困难以及安装时容易损伤零件的问题。另外,拆装轴承座时,使用一套装置即可实现安装和拆卸工作,解决了以往需要多套装置才能进行工作的问题,在实际运用中提高了装配效率和装配质量。
This paper mainly discusses a device for disassembling and ass embling the bearing seat in ion the central transmission device of aeroengine.The device has the advantages of simple structure and novel design,and can quickly realize the conversion between disassembly and assembly,which solves the problems of manual installation,difficult disassembly and easy damage to parts during installation.In addition,when disassembling the bearing seat,the installation and disassembly can be realized by using one set of the device,which solves the problem that multiple sets of devices are required to work in the past,and improves the assembly efficiency and assembly quality in practical application.
