摘要
全断面硬岩隧道掘进机(Tunnel Boring Machine,TBM)被广泛应用于现代隧道施工建设。作为其核心部件,TBM滚刀的受力情况也成为了研究重点。为了研究不同刃宽滚刀的特性,建立滚刀破岩力学模型。通过建立不同刃宽滚刀破岩三维模型对同一岩石进行动力学仿真,将后处理得到的数据进行整理绘制曲线,对比结果验证模型正确性并分析其特点。结果表明,破岩时需要根据实际情况合理设计滚刀刃宽以达到最佳破岩效果,可为今后研究滚刀破岩提供一定的理论依据。
Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)is widely used in modern tunnel construction,and the research on the stress of disc cutter,as its core component,has also become the focus.In order to study the characteristics of disc cutter with different edge widths,this paper establishes a rock-breaking mechanical model of disc cutter,simulates the dynamics of the same rock by establishing three-dimensional models of disc cutter with different edge widths,sorts out the data obtained from post-processing and draws curves,compares the results to verify the correctness of the model and analyzes its characteristics,and concludes that the cutting edge width of disc cutter should be reasonably designed according to the actual situation to achieve the best rock-breaking effect,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the future research on rock-breaking of disc cutter.
