基于物联网的电厂通信设备大数据在纺织业供电中的运用 被引量:6

摘要 我国西北部的宁夏回族自治区不仅拥有丰富的煤炭资源,还有风能、光能等新能源,已形成以煤炭、化工、冶金、有色产品、装备制造、纺织等产业为主体的工业体系。而纺织行业多为用电10 kV的用户,部分采用24 h生产模式,其用电保障对于产业结构与社会经济命脉至关重要。为了提高电厂通信设备的运行效率及管理水平,采集基于物联网的电厂通信设备大数据,形成数据汇聚平台,对海量数据进行整理、筛选、甄别,运用数据进行技术分析、评估,再结合知识专家库,可实现纺织业电厂通信系统故障的快速发现、设备隐患安全预警、运行状态在线评估、网络状态提前预测等,使电厂通信系统的运营、维护、管理从设备层面向数据信息化层面转变,从被动响应向主动防御转变,是保障纺织业平稳供电的现代化手段。基于物联网的革新可保证纺织业电厂通信设备的稳定运行、缩短故障处理时间、统一规范工作流程,为纺织产业园电力调度安全运行管理提供新支持。 Ningxia Autonomous Region in Northwest China has not only rich coal resources, but also new energy such as wind energy and light energy. Ningxia has formed industries dominated by coal, chemical industry, metallurgy, nonferrous products, equipment manufacturing, textile and other industries. The textile industry is mostly 10 kV users, and some of them adopt 24-hour production mode. Its power consumption guarantee is very important for industrial structure and socio-economic lifeline. In order to improve the operation efficiency and management level of power plant communication equipment, collect the big data of power plant communication equipment based on the Internet of things, form a data aggregation platform, sort, screen and screen the massive data, use the data for technical analysis and evaluation, and then combined with the knowledge expert base. It can realize the functions of rapid detection of communication system faults of power plants in the textile industry, safety early warning of equipment hidden dangers, online evaluation of operation status,advance prediction of network status and so on, and make the operation, maintenance and management of power plant communication system change from equipment level to data informatization level, from passive response to active defense. It is a modern means to ensure the stable power supply of the textile industry. The innovation based on the Internet of things can ensure the stable operation of the communication equipment of power plants in the textile industry, shorten the fault handling time, unify and standardize the workflow, and provide new support for the safe operation and management of power dispatching in the textile industrial park.
