电针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠肺组织形态学及肺功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of electroacupuncture on the morphology of lung tissues and lung function in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探究电针尺泽穴对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型大鼠的肺组织形态学、肺功能的影响。方法将24只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和模型组,正常对照组8只,模型组16只。适应性饲养1周后,开始对模型组进行造模,采用烟熏+脂多糖(LPS)气道滴注,共11周。模型复制成功后,将模型组分为模型对照组和尺泽干预组各8只。电针干预尺泽穴30 min,强度1mA,1次/d,连续干预4周。模型对照组每日同等造模,同时固定抓取,不干预。观察三组大鼠的肺组织形态学、肺功能的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠肺每分通气量下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肺弹性阻力下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);电针尺泽穴干预后,肺每分通气量、肺弹性阻力明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与正常对照组比较,模型对照组肺组织外观、气管呈肺气肿改变及炎性细胞浸润,尺泽干预组的肺、气管组织外观、病理形态明显改善。结论电针刺激尺泽穴能够改善COPD大鼠肺组织形态学和肺功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Chize(LU5)on the morphology of lung tissues and lung function in a rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 24 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the normal control group(n=8)and the model group(n=16).With one-week adaptive feeding,rats in the model group were started to be modeled through the airway instillation of sootiness and lipopolysaccharide for a total of 11 weeks.After the successful model establishment,the rats in the model group were further divided into the model control group and the Chize intervention group,with 8 cases in each group.The electroacupuncture at Chize(LU5)was lasted for 30 minutes,with an intensity of 1 mA once a day for continuous 4 weeks.Rats in the model control group received the same modeling and grasping approach every day without intervention.Changes in the morphology of lung tissues and lung function of rats were observed in three groups.Results Compared with the normal control group,the ventilatory capacity of the lung per minute was decreased in the model control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The elastic recoil resistance of lung decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).After electroacupuncture intervention at Chize(LU5),the ventilatory capacity of the lung per minute and elastic recoil resistance of the lung significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).In comparison to the normal control group,lung tissues in the model control group showed emphysema changes and inflammatory cell infiltration,and the appearance of lung and tracheal tissues,and pathology in the Chize intervention group were significantly improved.Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Chize(LU5)can improve the morphology of lung tissues and lung function in COPD rats.
