摘要
随着电炉炼钢技术的不断发展,石墨电极及其原料针状焦的市场需求量也在逐步提升。针状焦的质量直接影响石墨电极的性能,从众多厂家中选择合适的针状焦非常重要。实验使用国内外4种不同针状焦A、B、C、D来制备石墨产品,采用X射线衍射法、拉曼光谱法和扫描电子显微镜进行表征,通过产品的体积密度、电阻率、抗压强度和抗折强度评价分析针状焦的特性。结果表明在本实验条件下,针状焦C的特性最佳,相应的石墨产品体积密度1.640 g/cm^(3),电阻率13.44μΩ·m,抗压强度23.5 MPa,抗折强度10.3 MPa。基于实验过程中各针状焦表现出来的特点,提出合理使用针状焦的建议。
With the continuous development of electric furnace steelmaking technology,the market demand for graphite electrodes and the raw material needle coke is also gradually increasing.The quality of needle coke will affect the performance of graphite electrode.Therefore,it is particularly important to select a suitable needle coke from many manufacturers.In this paper,four different needle coke A,B,C and D were used to prepare graphite electrodes.The performance of the needle coke is evaluated and analyzed by the bulk density,resistivity,compressive strength and flexural strength,and characterized by X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that under the experimental conditions,needle coke C shows the best characteristics,the corresponding graphite product has a bulk density of 1.640 g/cm^(3),a resistivity of 13.44μΩ·m,a compressive strength of 23.5 MPa and a flexural strength of 10.3 MPa.Finally,based on the characteristics of each needle coke during the experiment,suggestions for the rational use of needle coke are put forward.
