摘要
为解决18402大采高工作面巷道支护难的问题,西曲矿采用UDEC数值模拟软件对不同采高下的巷道顶板塑性变形进行分析,发现基本顶在初次来压后形成两组关键层,上组关键层未发生断裂,而下组关键层断裂,另在下组关键层位置形成下位斜台阶岩梁,且随着采高的增大,巷道等效直接顶的厚度逐步增大,但增长的趋势逐步下降。同时根据现场实测发现,支架阻力实测及理论计算数据误差极小,整体误差不超过5%,为浅埋大采高煤层巷道支架选型作出借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of difficult roadway support in 18402 large working face,Xiqu mine used UDEC numerical simulation software to analyze the plastic deformation of roadway roof under different mining heights,and found that the basic roof formed two groups of key layers after the initial pressure,the upper group of key layers did not fracture,while the lower key layer fractured,and the lower oblique step rock beam was formed at the position of the lower key layer,and with the increase of mining height,the roadway The thickness of the equivalent direct top shows a gradual increase,but the trend of growth gradually decreases.Meanwhile,according to the field measurement,the error of the measured and theoretical calculation data of the bracket resistance is very small,and the overall error does not exceed 5%,which is a reference for the selection of bracket for shallow buried large mining height coal seam roadway.
