摘要
对防水板铺设装置的液压系统进行了设计,其中在防水板铺设台车两列轨道固定28根支撑油缸进行防水板的支撑和定位,油缸可远程或当地单独或共同作用于防水板进行工作,根据实际工况选择噪声较小的电机作为动力机,计算齿轮泵、电机和工程油缸的相关参数,并根据经验进行选择。试验后的效果显示,隧道防水板铺设机有效提高了防水板铺设质量和施工的安全性,同时减少了施工人员数量、降低了劳动强度,在施工质量、效率等方面有明显优势。
The hydraulic system of the flashing laying device is designed,in which 28 support cylinders are fixed in two tracks of the flashing laying cart for the support and positioning of the flashing,the cylinders can work remotely or locally acting alone or together on the flashing,the motor with less noise is selected as the power machine according to the actual working conditions,the relevant parameters of the gear pump,motor and engineering cylinder are calculated and selected according to experience.The effect after the test shows that the tunnel flashing laying machine effectively improves the quality of flashing laying and the safety of construction,while reducing the number of construction personnel,reducing labor intensity,and has obvious advantages in terms of construction quality and efficiency.
