摘要
针对改向滚筒在使用过程中承受的载荷多变,容易引起多种形式失效的问题,采用ANSYS有限元仿真分析软件,对改向滚筒进行静态分析及结构优化设计。经过优化设计后,改向滚筒的质量下降22%,最大应力值为11.5 MPa,最大变形量为0.025 mm,提高了滚筒的性能及可靠性,可保证带式输送机的稳定运行。
The variable load on the redirecting pulley during use can easily cause various forms of failure,which affects the stable production of coal mines.To address this problem,ANSYS finite element simulation software was used to perform static analysis and structural optimization of the redirecting drum.After the optimized design,the mass of the redirected pulley was reduced by 22%,the maximum stress value was 11.5 MPa,and the maximum deformation was 0.025 mm,which improved the performance and reliability of the pulley and could ensure the stable operation of the belt conveyor.
