矿用多绳摩擦式提升机的技术改造探析 被引量:1

摘要 为解决JIM-3.25×4Ⅱ型多绳摩擦式提升机存在的传统效率低、能耗高等问题,基于山西潞安集团某矿JIM-3.25×4Ⅱ型多绳摩擦式提升机的主要结构,分析了其在日常应用中存在的不足,对JIM-3.25×4Ⅱ型多绳摩擦式提升机进行JIM-3.25×4Ⅲ型升级改造,提出了具体的改造措施,并对比分析了这两种提升机的主要技术性能以及改造后的提升机与国内外同类产品的技术性能情况。结果表明,JIM-3.25×4Ⅲ型提升机技术经济性能较优,部分性能甚至达到了国际先进水平,此次改造达到了提质增效的目的。 In order to solve the problems of low traditional efficiency and high energy consumption of JIM-3.25x4II multi-rope friction hoist,based on the main structure of JIM-3.25x4II multi-rope friction hoist,the shortcomings in its daily application are analyzed,and JIM-3.25x4II multi-rope friction hoist is upgraded with JIM-3.25x4III,and specific transformation measures are proposed.specific transformation measures,and compared and analyzed the main technical performance of these two hoists and the technical performance of the transformed hoist with similar products at home and abroad.The comparison results show that the technical and economic performance of JIM-3.25x4Ⅲ hoist is better,and some of the performance even reaches the international advanced level,and this transformation has achieved the purpose of improving quality and increasing efficiency.
