摘要
为了保证8103工作面液压支架安全快速回撤,提高支架回撤效率,降低回撤期间事故率,晋华宫矿准备区通过技术研究,决定对工作面液压支架采用后退式支架掩护式回撤工艺,并对支架回撤期间三角区域采取π型顶梁、单体支柱以及木垛进行联合支护。通过实际应用效果来看,相比8102、8101工作面,8103工作面回撤周期缩短了4.5 d,回撤期间未出现由于三角区域顶板垮落而导致的压架、伤人等事故,保证了工作面支架安全快速回撤,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to ensure the safe and rapid retraction of hydraulic brackets at 8103 working face,improve the efficiency of bracket retraction and reduce the accident rate during retraction,Jinhuagong mine preparation area decided to propose the retreating bracket cover retraction process for hydraulic brackets at working face through technical research,and to adopt π-type roof beam,single pillar and wooden pallet for joint support in the triangle area during bracket retraction.Compared with 8102 and 8101 working face,the retraction cycle of 8103 working face is shortened by 4.5 d.During the retraction period,there is no collapse of the roof plate in the triangle area,which leads to crushing and injury accidents,ensuring the safe and rapid retraction of the working face brackets and achieving significant application results.
