摘要 针对传统电牵引采煤机监测控制系统可监测参数较少、数据交互性差,导致采煤机控制效果差、运行效率低下问题,设计了一套基于CAN总线通信架构、DSP控制的电牵引采煤机远程控制及状态监测系统,通过对DSP控制模块及外部接口的设计实现了对采煤机的基本控制及其运行状态的实时监测,通过CAN总线实现地面控制中心与井下监控系统的通信。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional electric traction coal mining machine monitoring control system can monitor fewer parameters and the data interactivity is poor,which leads to poor coal mining machine control effect and low operation efficiency,a remote control and status monitoring system of electric traction coal mining machine based on CAN bus communication architecture and DSP control is designed to realize the basic control of coal mining machine and its real-time monitoring of operation status through the design of DSP control module and external interface,and the communication between ground control center and underground monitoring system through CAN bus.
