摘要
为提高煤矿主要综采设备的协同作业能力,提出了一种可以智能化联动控制的采煤机、液压支架以及刮板输送机综采技术并进行了应用。结果表明,综采工作面主要综采设备实现了跟机自动智能联动控制,可使井下作业人员数量减少70%左右,综采作业效率提升23%左右,促进矿井综采作业实现自动化无人化。
In order to improve the cooperative operation of the main comprehensive mining equipment in coal mines,an intelligent joint control comprehensive mining technology that can control coal miner,hydraulic bracket and scraper conveyor is proposed,and the equipment was applied.The result shows that the main comprehensive mining equipment in the comprehensive mining face can be controlled automatically and intelligently,which can reduce the number of underground workers by about 70% and increase the efficiency of underground comprehensive mining operation by about 23%,which can further promote the automation and unmanned operation of comprehensive mining in the mine.
